E Design Package

If you would like to go at your own pace and create the vision for your space while handling basic design projects such as painting, furniture assembly, and window treatments, this package is for you.

*This service works best for clients that are not within our servicing areas.

Overview of our E-Design Package includes:

A customized design for each space based on your specific needs and design style
A 2 Dimensional rendering of the space to demonstrate furniture layout
Detailed written report providing further explanation of the design plan and renderings
Ongoing research as needed to achieve the desired design within the 8 week period
Color Selection
Clickable links throughout the report to purchase pieces in proposed design
Report and renderings will be presented within 7 to 10 business days of receiving measurements and assessing design style via 5 to 10 photos with detailed comments.
Unlimited consultation to answer any and all questions regarding the achievement of the design we have created for your space(s)
A scheduled bi-weekly phone calls of up to 30 mins each to discuss progress and answer questions
Unlimited consultation is via text or email only. The phone calls will be scheduled at an agreed upon time.
Response to your inquiries within 48 hours
Package length is 8 weeks
If a linked item is no longer in stock, we will provide a substitute item that will fit within the specified design for up to 60 days after receiving of the list and renderings
Design fee is a separate fee and not included in space investment.

Revamp Package

This package is for anyone looking to revamp their space into a transformed new look?

This package includes any changes with Color/Paint, new Area Rugs, Lamps/Lighting, Window Treatments, and Art/Accessories.

Overview of our Revamp Package includes:

A customized design for each space based on your specific needs and design style

A 2 Dimensional rendering of the space to demonstrate furniture layout
A 3 Dimensional rendering of the space to give a general real world feel of the proposed design-
*Renderings are approximations only and cannot be substituted for architectural drawings or plans.*
Color Selection
Shopping list with clickable links to purchase pieces in proposed design
Shopping list and renderings will be presented within 7 to 10 business days of receiving measurements and assessing design style via 5 to 10 photos with detailed comments.
We will present the design in person and answer any and all questions related to the design. We will also collect the money for the accessories at this time.
Ongoing consultation to answer any and all questions regarding the achievement of the design we have created for your space(s)
Classic Concept Design completes up to 2 independent shopping trips of up to 8 hrs. each to gather accessories and art to complete the final space(s) on an agreed upon budget between us and client.
All ordering, maintaining of the budget, returns, furniture assembly, and contractor work is the responsibility of the client independent of Classic Concept Design (we may make recommendations), with exception of the accessories purchased by Classic Concept Design
Once all purchased items have arrived and work is complete, CCD will spend a single day of up to 8 hrs. (per space) completing the space including: light cleaning, placing rugs and furniture (larger pieces will be at CCD’s discretion), accessorizing/ styling, hanging pictures and hanging and steaming window treatments, & presenting the space in an HGTV- style reveal to the client.

*Please note: The hanging of window treatments and art/ décor etc. is based on ceilings that are no higher than 9 feet. Ceilings higher than 9 ft are not covered in this package.

Full Service Project Management Package

In our Full Service Project management package we work from scratch. This is for anyone wanting a renovation/makeover.

Overview of the Full Service Project management package includes:

A customized design for each space based on your specific needs and design style

A 2 Dimensional rendering of the space to demonstrate furniture layout
A 3 Dimensional rendering of the space to give a general real world feel of the proposed design.
*Renderings are approximations only and may not be substituted for architectural drawings or plans.*
Renderings will be presented 7 to 10 business days from receiving measurements and design style
Detailed product list of all furniture and paint being used to complete the design. List will include, store name, price, as well as paint colors, brand, and application
Ongoing research as needed to achieve the desired design
Color Selection
Ongoing consultation to answer any and all questions regarding the achievement of the design we have created for your space(s)
Coordination of meetings times and shopping trips with contractors as needed
2 independent shopping trips of up to 8 hrs. each to purchase accessories to complete the final space(s) on an agreed upon budget between CCD and client.
Producing the scope of work, collaboration and coordination of multiple trades when needed
Onsite observation of trades’ people to ensure the vision of the design
Response to your inquiries within 48 hours
Ordering, tracking, and set up for delivery or transporting smaller materials (CCD’s discretion)
Travel (within 60 minutes one way)
Preparing and maintain update invoices
Recommending & assisting with the coordination with licensed and insured trades people
Length of package will be agreed upon and specified in the contract.
All furniture items are sourced by the Designer.
After all purchases are present CCD will spend a single day of up to 8 hrs-10 hrs (per space) completing the space. Completion of space includes laying out rugs and furniture, assembling window treatments, and finally accessorizing and styling. We will then present the full reveal to the client.

Color Consultation Package

We Provide you with a concrete color plan. You make it a reality. You don’t have to be overwhelmed with maximizing your home’s cohesiveness and flow. Forget waiting in those long lines and agonizing over thousands of colors with no guidance or direction. Let us come in and streamline the process.

Overview of Color Consultation Package includes:

Provision for paint samples ( up to three colors per space)
Provision for paint materials (brushes/sponges, tarps, etc.)
Ongoing consultation for the duration of the package
Establishing a color palette to maximize flow
Assistance with color selection
Travel
Customized color plan complete with brand name, paint color name, wall application, and paint finish.
Meet up to three times during the color selection process.
General 3 meeting format for a color consultation is:

Meeting 1:

Evaluation and discussion of the spaces being addressed.
Make initial color choice selections (up to 3 colors per space)
CCD will provide paint fan decks

Meeting 2:

Initially selected color samples will be applied and left on wall(s) to be previewed during different times of the day to see how they may be altered by light as well as how they might look in natural light versus lamps/overhead lighting

Meeting 3:

Return for final evaluation and final selection of colors (ideally within 72 hours of the initial application)
